There is an outdoor hot tub, indoor sauna and gymnasium in the basement of the main house which is well equipped for all of your workout needs. Also in the basement are a ping pong table, a dart board, and a computer should you wish to check email or browse the internet. Outside there is a boules/bocce court adjoining an old hard top singles tennis court. And there is an outdoor grill available for your use.

The kitchens are fitted out with all the dishes, pots and pans, place ware, etc., that you could ever need for whatever cooking you wish to do.

Both living rooms have DVD players, and a selection of movies to watch at your leisure. Apartment 1's living room overlooks the round garden, were lawn chairs and table are located to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the property.

A full service laundry room is on site, and available for your use. Weekly cleaning services are provided upon arrival and departure.
